Two more ex-UFC fighters wish Zuffa a merry Christmas…….

The growing number of fighters suing the UFC just got two bigger, as ex fighters Brandon Vera and Pablo Garza filed a class action suit on Christmas eve of all days. The suit, UFC: 5:14-cv-05621 Vera et al v. Zuffa, LLC., was filed in the Northern California District Court. Vera and Garza join Jon Fitch, Cung Le and Nate Quarry,  as well as Dennis Hallman & Javier Vazquez.

There are allegedly six more unnamed fighters filing cases against Zuffa LLC., who said they’ll vigorously defend their business practices. Vera spent eight years fighting for the UFC, beating Frank Mir, Elliot Marshall and Kryzstof Soszynski at his best. He was axed by the promotion after losing two straight to Shogun Rua and Ben Rothwell.

Garza debuted for the UFC back in 2010, tallying a 3-3 promotional record before getting cut after a 2013 submission loss against Diego Brandao. He was sent packing with a 12-4 record.

As Vera and Garza file suit on the eve of the 25th, wishing the UFC a rather merry Christmas, you have to wonder how many more disgruntled ex employees are waiting to pop up.
