Donald Cerrone vs Jorge Masvidal Possible For April 4th
UFC Fight Night 63 originally featured an intriguing battle between streaking and skidding Strikeforce veterans Jorge Masvidal and Bobby Green. “Gamebred”, looking to continue on his three fight winning streak, was left without an opponent when “King” phoned in injured. Green was swiftly replaced by Benson Henderson, who himself vacated the card in favor of a headliner with Brandon Thatch.
Now left wondering what is going to happen next, Masvidal has been crusading for a fight. Who else to answer his call than super-tough and ridiculously active lightweight Donald Cerrone. Check out the back-and-forth over Twitter:

“Cowboy” is riding an impressive seven-fight spree at the moment, including back-to-back wins over Myles Jury and Benson Henderson within 15 days of each other. Masvidal last fought at UFC 178 with a unanimous decision over James Krause.
What do you think, would you like to see Donald Cerrone vs Jorge Masvidal, or does “Cowboy” need a higher ranked opponent considering he just beat the former champion “Smooth””?
