UFC Fight Night 45: Cerrone vs. Miller Fight Video Highlights

UFC Fight Night 45: Cerrone vs. Miller transpired in Atlantic City, New Jersey, this evening, and what a great night of fights it was.

The card produced 9 stoppages out of 11 bouts, with the top of the card, lightweight Donald Cerrone vs. Jim Miller – No. 6 & No. 7 in the division, respectively – being one of the most entertaining.

“Cowboy” and Miller went at it hard through the first, with Miller more than holding his own over the first five minutes. However, Cerrone soon put an end to that in the second round, with a solid front-kick to Miller’s midsection and a KO head-kick to finish the fight.

If you missed the fight, here are the highlights.

Great fight card with a lot of impressive finishes, Cerrone is an animal. Easily one of the best fighters in MMA without a belt. Would love to see him smash Nate Diaz and then fight for the belt. Cerrone vs Khabib or Cerrone vs Henderson would also be epic. If Cowboy can make 145 he would be trouble for any top contender. Cowboy vs Cub, GoDDD DAmMMMnn that would be a cracker.

Cerrone is not one of the best ufc fighters without a belt. Nate beat both these guys already by the way. Cerrone is fine but miller is just not a good striker and has been on a slide lately. I don't think Cerrone can beat most of the guys at the top.

To each their own, I personally think Cerrone is one of the best fighters in the world without a belt, if you disagree that is fine, but It doesn't mean you are right. I know Nate beat both these guys but that doesn't mean jack shit, I still think in a rematch Cowboy would murder Nate. Nate hasn't impressed me at all lately. He got battered by Bendo, KOd by Thompson, then got a KO over Maynard who has been KOd three times recently.

Miller is most certainly a very good striker, You can't have 15+ fights in the UFC without being an elite martial artist. What makes you think Cerrone can't beat most of the top guys??? He has looked awesome lately and finished 4 very tough opponents.

None of those 4 where top 5. 1 was top ten. I would say all the top 2 guys in every division come before him as far as best without a belt. You reference Nate taking beatings by guys all ranked above anyone Cerrone has beat. He can't hang at the top he crumbles under pressure and starts making mistakes. He has been bested more than Nate by lesser fighters than Nate.
I just don't agree. He doesn't have anywhere near the skills to beat the top guys. If he can beat the eagle I will retract some of this statement. But I seriously doubt he can.
