Rousimar Palhares vs. Steve Carl WSOF 9 Full Fight Video

WSOF welterweight champion Rousimar Palhares is looking in to a bright future for the promotion, with his first title defense scheduled against Jon Fitch in July, ‘Paul Harris’ had possibly the best debut any fighter could hope for.

Not only was ‘Toquinho’ able to get the title shot in his first fight outside the UFC, but he was able to finish a very tough champion in just over one minute. The win was somewhat dampened by the fact that Palhares once again failed to release the submission quickly enough.

‘Paul Harris’ made a habit of doing it while in the UFC, eventually meaning he was cut, so holding subs for too long in his new home of the WSOF is probably not the brightest idea.

Anyway, ‘Toquinho’ won and looked impressive doing so. Check out the full fight video below, courtesy of NBC sports, and stay tuned to LowKick!

He really is a one dimension fighter. Only wins the same way…wel as longer you win I suppose it doesn't matter how.

Grabbing for anything he does at this point I think. I didn't even think his last one was bad. Notice this guy he just beat just isn't as much of a baby about it.
