Id way rather see Anderson fight a striker

Rashad…sit your ass down and quit trying to be like Chael.

The past few years I have been really disappointed in this company. They claim to put on the best talent and match ups. They expect guys to win to move up the ranking to ultimately fight for the championship. That isnt the case anymore, management picks guys for championship fights not for their accomplishments, wins & rankings to the top. Champions like AS pick their challengers. What a joke….We can only hope that the Fertita Bros will put an end to that…. As vs Weidman

I agree to a point but Anderson has earned the right to fight whomever he wants. Chael is an anomoly and not the norm to what the UFC does in terms of matchups.

3 of the four titles being defended over the next few months are going against guys coming off of losses.

No one in The UFC has earned the "right" to fight whomever they wish.

As great as Anderson is or may be, he is not The Promotion. He's just a fighter in The Promotion.

Rashad is cool….like him very much…..starting to get little excitement from AS fighting random guys….he should defend this belt or fight Jones….unless they are talking about this being at 185 (are they? Could not watch the video)

      @ Brasil

They were talking about the fight @ 185. The question to Rashad was….could he make the weight? Evans said, he thought he could.

Silva will knock him out better than Machida did.

As much as I would love to see The G.O.A.T fight a striker, I wouldn't mind seeing him knock the Lay&Pray out of Rashad.

Makes sense. At least its a win in a different weight class first.

  • http://lowkickmma.com/author/BrianCox Brian Cox

He'd be a solid challenge for Silva, win or lose. However, first-things-first, he's got to get past Big Nog.

    • http://lowkickmma.com/author/saulgood saulgood

He's not fighting Big Nog. The fight is against Antonio Rogerio Nogueira aka Lil Nog.

Didn't Dana just say no to this fight in his latest interview?

There's nothing to accept, unless AS fights you at 205,not 185,otherwise he'll fight Weidman or someone else in that divsion, not you! quit begging for fights you haven't earned sir!

Lets give Rashad a bone now since he lost to lil Nog.

Cocky sob…..thinking past one fight saying he would fight AS. What a joke….
