With his only UFC loss coming to a grinding wrestling display from surging No. 5-ranked Ryan Bader at August 2014’s UC Fight Night 47 from Bangor, Maine, No. 8-ranked UFC light heavyweight Ovince St. Preux will have another chance to prove he can hang with one of the top 205-pound mat technicians in MMA.

“OSP” will take on No. 15 Patrick “Durkin” Cummins at April 18’s UFC on FOX 15 from the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.

A talented but raw product who was last seen demolishing former champion Mauricio “Shogun” Rua in the main event of last November’s UFC Fight Night 56 from Uberlandia, Brazil, St. Preux will have his hands full with Cummins, who has three straight UFC bouts with one-sided displays of dominant wrestling-based offense.

“Durkin” was last seen dismantling The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) Brazil 3 heavyweight winner Antonio Carlos Jr. via unanimous decision at December’s UFC Fight Night 58: Machida vs. Dollaway from Barueri, Brazil.

Add that to his prior victories over Kyle Kingsbury at UFC on FOX 12 and Roger Narvaez at UFC Fight Night 42, and it’s safe to say that Cummins has successfully rebounded from his UFC debut, a first round starching at the hands of Daniel Cormier back at February 2014’s UFC 170.

Set to feature a pivotal middleweight main event between recent title challenger Lyoto Machida and surging competitor Luke Rockhold, here is a rundown of UFC on FOX 15’s current lineup:
