Michael Bisping believes Chris Weidman is a bad match-up for Anderson Silva

UFC Middleweight Michael Bisping puts his pride aside and breaks down the current title situation at 185. He notes that many top contenders, including himself, lost recently, so Weidman is the obvious choice to face Anderson Silva next.

Bisping also acknowledges that a fighter like Weidman could stylistically be a bad match-up for the dominant Silva, so he does give the young prospect a legitimate shot to win the title this July. Weidman does have a great wrestling pedigree, but he will also be coming off an almost year-long layoff following shoulder surgery.

GSP showed the world that hard work can negate a huge lay off so if Weidman loses I really hope thats not the go to excuse.

See? Thats no BS. Straight up real talk. Objectively viewing the whole scene. Props to Bisping for not being a jerk and telling it how it is. He probably threw up after that …

Bisping is not a jerk, I believe he sells fights. Chael said Michael shared his meal once with Chael when he was poor or something.

Weidman is a bad match up for Silva. It does not take a rocket scientist to figure that out, and I sure don't need to hear it from Spitsbing.
