Dana White Likes The Idea Of Metamoris On Fight Pass

Earlier this month it was announced Invicta FC had struck a deal with the UFC to broadcast its events on Fight Pass and yesterday, just a few weeks after the deal was revealed, Dana White said the promotion is interested in pairing up with other organizations like Metamoris:

“It’s absolutely something we’d look at for Fight Pass,” White said when asked about doing a similar deal on Fight Pass with Metamoris. “I think people are going to be surprised by the things that are going to pop up on Fight Pass. I said it when the thing first came up, it started out as a way to get the library to all the fans, they’d have full access, and it just keeps evolving and it’s only going to get better and better.”

Former UFC middleweight and light-heavyweight title challenger Chael Sonnen is set to headline the upcoming Metamoris 4 event against Andre Galvao. White said he has no problem with “The American Gangster” competing in the event as he’s now retired and can do whatever he wants.

“Listen, Chael retired. He’s doing his thing on FOX and what he wants to do in his spare time now is up to him.”
