This reminds me of James Toney’s workout video. A guy with a lot of self confidence, working out alone.

The purpose of the chains is to build speed (accelerating quickly) and learn how to explode the weight as you hit the lockout (the finish) of the lift. The chains just role into a pile on the floor taking the weight off of the chest, or in this case wrist. As you bring the weight up, the chains then come off the floor with the bar making the weight heavier.

    I think it’s a stunt double double.

Notice how Bisping is clearly the one speaking (English?) at the top of the video, however, after that….I don’t know. I question it all.

he does not have power , not in his kicks and not in his hands.

he has 6 Technical Knockout wins, 3 by Decision and 3 losses.

a tko dosent mean you have power, beside his TKO wins are to low level fighters the only one worth mention is Dennis Kang , if you really had power you would have KO’s , guys like Henderson , Belfort , Marquartd have power.

I agree. He is a very strong fighter with a tough will but does not have any power to speak of, or speed. He is tough to put away but that’s about it. He is very “average” (for the UFC) in wrestling, BJJ, and striking. He is a point fighter and a decision grinder for the most part. He’s only overwhelmed a couple of opponents and they were low level to begin with. I haven’t seen any real improvement in him since he was on TUF. He’s basically the same exact fighter now that he was then.
