    Junior is a good guy!

Props to Roy to but Roy needs to start working with a camp to help refine the great ability he already has. I know at this stage of his career he doesn’t want to follow directions from outsiders but his game could be lifted a lot more than what he has now.

He gave Junior a hell of a fight ( just look at Junior’s face) but he just wasn’t at a high enough level to beat him. I can see Big Country giving problems to both Lesnar and Cain. You have to say that Roy is one of the top fighters of the division.

last night ive seen a lot of tough and well hearted guys, roy, rafeal dos anjos with his jaw broken and kept fighting, anderson taking an ass whoopin all 5 rounds and then coming back with a win, stefan struve coming back with a knock out after getting beat up in round 1.

all these guys showed great heart to keep fighting and not give up, this is a good reason y i think mma is one of the best sports in the world

Nelson was more impressive in this fight than i thought he would be. I figured that JDS would go out and knock Nelsons head off his shoulders. Nelson is tougher than i thought he would be, thats for sure.

JDS needs to work on his stand up game as good as it is. he needs to mix it up even if he does throw only punches he should throw more combinations with less power on them. nelso avoided the finish cause JDS was throwing a ridiulous amount of hooks and uppercuts

I can’t understand why people keep giving props to Nelson, he didn’t display an ounce of fighting skill. So being able to take a couple hundred punches without being knocked unconscious or dying is considered an mma skill now?

Well i wonder if perhaps roy actually got in shape a lil bit if he could have maybe had enough left int he tank to go hard for more than one round. He started throwing those winded haymakers near the begining of round 2. Roy got dominated in every way that other thougth he would win. Stand up…..he hardly had any and takedowns….well all his attempts got stuffed. Hope Roy takes something away from this rather than the knowledge that he can take a punch.

By winning this Fight, Junion now has a shot at the title against one of two outstanding wrestlers. A striker vs a wrestler…..
    I’m going with the wrestler.

And not only did Roy take massive amounts of punishment, he held his own & rocked Dos Santos a time or two.

u didnt have to say anything about Roy cause i believe i covered eveyrthing that need to be said! “Bro Bro”. Taking shots to the head and gettin stuffed for 3 rounds means that JDS broke his spirit. I mean a man that big has a thick skull im sure, not heart its just biology.
