Bisping: Wanderlei Needs to Beat Me to Revive His Career

Losing 5 of his last 6 fights, its evident that Wanderlei Silva needs to get things back on track, his record becoming increasingly tarnished. however Bisping insists it’s not gonna happen against him,

“Unfortunately, he’s going to revive his career against me? It just ain’t going to happen,” Bisping says. “I’m the wrong man for the job.”

If Silva is going to get his career back to his old ways, it has to be at this fight. A win would send a big message to the rest of the middlewieght division, despite the current situation between champ Anderson Silva, injured opponent Vitor Belfort, number 1 contender Chael Sonnen and A.Silva’s next opponent, Damian Maia.

Despite his lackluster record of late, its worth noting his losses came against world class fighters, such as Chuck Liddell, Rampage Jackson, Rich Franklin and Mirko Cro Cop, Bisping, however, isn’t in the same class. Bisping is a guy the Axe Murderer of old would have wiped the canvas with, and if Silva can’t beat him now, it’s safe to say we’re never going to see that Axe Murderer of old again.”I need this victory,” Silva says. He’s right about that.

I think the fight will end at the stare down. I don’t think many people can deal with the kind of insanity Silva brings to a fight. I’ll be very impressed with Bisping if he makes it through the stare down without choking.

Wanderlei needs to bring his knees back, he’ll KO Bisping in the first round if he does
