Herschel Walker makes it 2-0, with TKO victory over Scott Carson in the First Round

Herschel Walker added another impressive performance to his record, with a TKO victory over the more-experienced Scott Carson. Walker came off aggressive, dropping Scott Carson with a series of punches. Carson tried to defend on the ground with an armbar attempt, but Walker quickly found himself out of the trouble, as the pummeling continued.

At some point, Carson managed to stand-up, but Herschel Walker immediately slammed him back to the ground. Walker continued to punish Carson, who managed to stand-up once again, but this time a series of punches from the Football Legend knocked him down once again, as there referee decided he seen enough and stopped the action at 3:13 of Round 1.

Herschel Walker’s performance was very impressive although its a shame it is stained by the level of his opponent. Still though glad he performed as he did and hopefully we will see next time an opponent of higher caliber testing him in the cage.

Walker is not the typical 40 year old virgin.

I know he is 48 by the way.

Don’t hate on Herschel he just wants to compete that’s all competition is very limited when you are 48, but i do agree Carson is a loser anybody could’ve bet him. I hope i look like that when i turn 48

It was a good stoppage, i saw no problem with it. Man i do hope MMA keeps growing because it’ll be able to grab guys with Walker’s potential. Imagine him 20 years ago. The potential is amazing. I mean you can’t teach certain things, like instinct. But based on pure physical attributes the dude would have been something magical. Although his footwork blows, but hey, he’s 48.

on one hand o gotta give props to walker for being 48 and willing to jump into a new sport on the other hand shame on you strikeforce this fight should of taken place in a hooters somwhere in texas not on a main card of a nationaly televised show. show walker some respect and give him a opponent that actually has a chance of winning fights with predetermend outcomes belong in the wwe not mma. while im at it how about having roger gracie fight some one who is not a past their prime wrestler if you want to make him a star give him some decent opponents
